How to Track Previous Orders

Use the walk through below to track your orders. Logging in at checkout will track orders made for a specific email address. However, due to the third party setup of our membership, your membership account and the cart login do not automaticaly link. A new account will need to be made by clicking the button above or following the walkthrough below.

  • 1. Cart Account

    First, right click the button at the top of the screen and open link in a new tab. This will direct you to create your website cart account. Click “create account.” The same email and password can be used for simplicity.

  • 2. Checkout

    At checkout your email should automatically appear at the top of the screen and you should be logged in. If not use your CART account information to login.

    For convenience we place a button at on each member page to redirect you to your account to view order history.

  • 4. Order History

    You should now see all your previous orders you have made since creating your cart account as well as order numbers. If you need the files resent at any time contact us with your order number and we can resend them.
